HoneyCreek Acres Terms of Sale

• A non-refundable 20% or $50 deposit (which ever is greater) on the total purchase of any animal is required when reserving that animal before it is born. Reservations are accepted when the deposit is received on a first come - first served basis.

• If your first choice is not available ( including owner retained kids/puppy, the deposit may be applied to another kid/puppy of your choice or you may wait for the next breeding on that doe.

• A $ 100 non-refundable deposit is required on kids already on the ground or adults. 

•  You have two weeks to make payment on 1/2 of the remaining balance due on your kid(s) once you have been notified by us your kid(s) is born.  Your final payment on the kid(s) must be paid within 8 weeks of the kid(s) being born. Any animals sold must be paid for within 45 days of original deposit (unless some other arrangements are made with us). 

• The breeder reserves the right to keep any kid/puppy at any time.

• The buyer is responsible for the full payment of the following in advance of shipping:

• Health certificate and veterinarian check up (General health papers are $50 due to the rise in gas and health certificates)

• Any blood test that may be required by your state
• Any shipping or delivery cost ( gasoline).

• The breeder does not guarantee the health or the welfare of any animal once it has left the breeder's hands.
• We do not guarantee that the buyer will like the animal they have purchased. Although we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee correct conformations, udder attachments, quality of their offspring, trainability, personalities, behavior, or obedience. We do not include a height guarantee. All of our kids are healthy when they leave the farm and we will not be held responsible for loss of an animal due to shipping stress or illness contracted after they leave our care.
• We do ship nation-wide.  We ship out of Dallas Fort Worth Airport (Pet-Air or Delta).  There is a $25 fee if shipped by air to cover cost of gas.
• We will also deliver animals to shows that we attend at no extra cost.
• Although, we are not currently certified TB or Brucellosis free, we have done extensive testing for both, as well as, CL and CAE (WSU) with all tests being negative.
• If kids are not picked up, shipped or other arrangements made by weaning, there will be .75 per day boarding charge added to total bill. 
• ****Note if money has been applied to a kid and the buyer backs out of the deal, after the kid has been born there is no refund of monies paid in.
